Prome Photon is a high-performance laser direct writing device designed specifically for the field of photonic chip integration to implement photonic wire bonding technology (PWB). It has high-precision nanoscale 3D processing capabilities and high-precision positioning and alignment capabilities, and is committed to solving the core challenges of high-precision cross layer interconnection and heterogeneous packaging in photonic chip 3D integration. Through Multi Photon Aggregation (MPP) technology, true 3D machining of sub micron level free-form surface structures is achieved, providing an important manufacturing platform for the hybrid integration of silicon optical chips, lithium niobate photonic circuits, and quantum optical devices.
