Chip integrated microreactor (S7)Structural characteristics:

1. This model is a multi chip integrated reactor with no external connecting pipelines. The pipe openings between the chips are directly connected without any vulnerable parts. It is sturdy and durable, suitable for certain high, low, and high pressure working conditions, and can be flexibly adjusted;

2. The reactor chip is made of pressureless sintered silicon carbide material with a purity of over 99.5% and strong corrosion resistance. The thermal conductivity of the material is about 130W/mK;

3. The reaction unit is a 5-layer silicon carbide plate structure, which includes double-layer reaction channels and double-layer heat exchange channels. It is fused into a whole using bonding technology, greatly improving the pressure resistance and heat transfer capacity; The reaction unit is wrapped with a carbon fiber insulation layer on the outside, which improves the safety and temperature control accuracy of use;

4. The chip size is 300mm * 300mm, the channel cross-sectional size is 4.5mm-6mm, and the liquid holding capacity of each chip group is 360ml (400ml can be customized); According to the number of chipsets matched with user throughput, the maximum throughput can reach 5000 cubic meters per year;

5. Designed for use at temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to 200 ℃, with a high pressure resistance of 50bar;

6. The inlet and outlet pipes of the reactor design can be 1/4 or 8mm pipes, and the materials can be 316L or Hastelloy alloy;

7. The main inlet and outlet of the reactor heat exchange medium are DN25 joints, and the heat exchange medium (liquid) is directly injected into the interior of the silicon carbide reaction unit;

8. The units of each group are connected by perfluoroether O-rings (perfluoroether grades are selected according to the material), which are corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and eliminate corrosion and leakage hazards;

9. The reaction chip comes with a temperature measurement hole, located close to the reaction layer, and is equipped with high-precision temperature sensors to measure accurate and objective values;

10. The unique three-dimensional vortex+planar turbulence channel design ensures ideal mixing effects at lower pressure drops, improves safety, and significantly increases equipment lifespan.
