The measurement of signal equipment clearance is a fundamental task in signal equipment management. 1. Meet the requirements of JJG (Railway) 197-2022 "Verification Regulations for Railway Building Gauge Measurement Devices" and TB/T3308-2013 "Actual Gauge Measurement and Data Format for Railway Buildings".

2. The equipment adopts a fully automatic two-level trigger measurement system characterized by laser image scanning measurement, pulse triggering measurement, and full-time perception measurement control. It features high-resolution array scanning and automatic extraction of regional features, with high reliability, stable data, high accuracy, and long service life.

3. For high column signal machines, the instrument automatically recognizes and measures the limit of the back panel side, without the need for laser point alignment or manual measurement by personnel climbing.

4. The instrument can simultaneously scan the contour section of the current signal equipment and automatically identify and measure the horizontal and vertical prominent points within 1 second. No need to manually operate the laser point alignment signal device. The detection car automatically and simultaneously measures, displays, and saves all complete original records of horizontal, height, superelevation, and exceedance values, signal equipment images, track status, etc. during the walking process, and automatically calculates and corrects curve segments.
