The rotating drum adheres to a thick film of material through its lower chute, and heat is transported to the inner wall of the drum through pipes, conducted to the outer wall of the drum, and then transmitted to the film, causing the humidity in the film to evaporate and dehumidify, and drying the material containing moisture. The dried material is removed from the drum by a scraper installed on the surface of the drum, and then transported to a screw conveyor placed below the scraper. The dry material is then collected and packaged by the screw conveyor.

Suitable for drying viscous liquid materials in industries such as chemical, dye, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, yeast, etc. Widely used in: dried products of Rice noodles, cereal, α starch, potato powder and other foods into flakes, powders and granules.
4Chemical rotary drum crystallization slicer (scraper dryer)Operating procedure:
1. First check if the equipment is damaged, then install it in place.
2. Connect the pipeline for conveying materials to the inlet of the slicer, and install the regulating valve on the feeding pipeline in a smooth manner.
3. Connect the water cooling joint of the rotary drum to the inlet and outlet, and install the motor and electric heater.
4. Start up and check if the operation is normal, then adjust the gap between the slicing knife and the rotating drum.
5. Adjust the feeding speed according to the slice thickness and check if the slice thickness and other requirements can be met.
6. Normally, if the freezing point of a material is above 50 degrees, tap water cooling can be used. If the freezing point is low, refrigeration equipment needs to be configured. The faster the cooling, the higher the output.
