1. Real time online monitoring
Continuous measurement (response time usually<30 seconds), real-time reflection of changes in liquid alkali concentration, avoiding the lag of offline sampling analysis, and facilitating timely adjustment of processes (such as controlling the amount of liquid alkali added in acid-base neutralization reactions).
2. Adapt to industrial working conditions
The electrode material and equipment structure (waterproof, corrosion-resistant shell) are resistant to high concentrations of liquid alkali, high temperatures (such as 0-90 ℃), and certain impurities (such as a small amount of suspended particles), making them suitable for harsh environments in industrial sites.

1. Accident chlorine absorption system
Regulatory requirements: The "Technical Specification for Chlorine Gas Safety in Chemical Enterprises" (GB11984-2024) clearly stipulates that the concentration of alkali solution absorbed by accident chlorine should be maintained at 15%~20%, and should not be lower than 5% when changing alkali.
Monitoring value: Real time warning of abnormal concentration, automatic activation of concentrated alkali addition or water dilution, forming a closed-loop control to eliminate the risk of chlorine gas overflow.
