It collects the physical and chemical properties of the solution (conductivity, refractive index, density, etc.) through sensors, and outputs accurate concentration values after signal processing and temperature compensation.

1. Real time online monitoring
Continuous measurement (response time usually<30 seconds), real-time reflection of changes in liquid alkali concentration, avoiding the lag of offline sampling analysis, and facilitating timely adjustment of processes (such as controlling the amount of liquid alkali added in acid-base neutralization reactions).

2. Adapt to industrial working conditions
The electrode material and equipment structure (waterproof, corrosion-resistant shell) are resistant to high concentrations of liquid alkali, high temperatures (such as 0-90 ℃), and certain impurities (such as a small amount of suspended particles), making them suitable for harsh environments in industrial sites.
