*Variable frequency control type anti-corrosion diaphragm vacuum pump, a new generation of intelligent vacuum technology, with modular structural design and integrated variable frequency pump and control unit, with small structural volume and light weight. The system adjusts the speed of the diaphragm pump through a variable frequency motor and controller, enabling more precise control of vacuum pressure. The PID parameters in ordinary variable frequency pumps are fixed values, which cannot meet the various working conditions of customers, resulting in excessive fluctuations in the measured values and inability to achieve precise control. However, our instrument completely solves this problem. The control unit has PID self-tuning function, which can be adjusted according to different customer usage environments. The controller uses AI artificial intelligence logic PID algorithm, and the PID value will automatically change along with the tuning process to accurately adjust the motor speed and achieve the desired value for customers.

All parts in contact with gas are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which not only has good resistance to chemical corrosive gases from the inlet to the outlet, but also has good resistance to condensate. The suction chamber and the chamber where the driving components are located are sealed and separated to ensure the service life of the mechanical components. In addition, diaphragm pumps are oil-free, which reduces a lot of maintenance work compared to oil pumps. Compared to water jet pumps, diaphragm pumps save a lot of water resources, while compared to rotary vane pumps, they do not produce polluted waste pump oil.
