2、 Working principle:

Put the materials to be processed into the ball mill jar, cover it, place it on the tray, tighten the cover screws, and start the work. During work, the tray rotates and swings at high speed, driving the ball milling tank to rotate and swing at high speed. Under this motion, the grinding balls inside the ball milling tank form a large high-frequency impact and friction force on the material under the action of inertial force, which rapidly grinds the material.

This function uses wet or dry methods to finely grind or mix materials.According to different material particle sizes (particle sizes below 20 mesh) and varying material properties (Mohs hardness below 7 degrees), it can be achieved in a relatively short time (10 minutes)-Process the material into ultrafine powder within 60 minutes(0.1micron-10Micrometers).

When the fast ball mill is working, lift the protective cover and the ball mill will naturally stop working. Put the protective cover down again and the ball mill will start working again (automatic detection work, automatic detection shutdown); At the same time, it can also perform pre cutting time work on the ball mill. Set the working time to 5 minutes. When the ball mill reaches 4 minutes of operation, lift the ball mill cover to check if the material meets the expected requirements. If it meets the requirements, stop working. If it cannot meet the requirements, cover the cover again and the ball mill will continue to work for the rest of the working time.
