Product Details

▲ Centrifugal glass wool products
Glass wool belongs to a category of glass fibers and is an artificial inorganic fiber. Using natural minerals such as quartz sand, limestone, and dolomite as the main raw materials, combined with some chemical raw materials such as soda ash and borax to melt into glass, blown and spun into fine fibers, with three-dimensional intersections between fibers, thus having excellent insulation and sound insulation properties. Centrifugal glass wool products are widely used for insulation, sound absorption, and noise reduction in fields such as construction, petrochemicals, electricity, metallurgy, as well as insulation and cooling for industrial and civilian heating. The bulk density of centrifugal glass wool is 24-100kg/m ³, the average fiber diameter is ≤ 8 μ m, the slag ball content is ≤ 10%, the thermal conductivity is ≤ 0.042w/m. k, and the high operating temperature is 450 ℃.

▲ Rock wool products/soundproof cotton
Rock wool products are mainly made of basalt as the main raw material. After being melted in a high-temperature furnace, they are made into inorganic fibers by high-speed centrifugal equipment, and mixed with a certain proportion of binders, dust-proof oil, and silicone oil to finally produce different products such as rock wool boards and rock wool pipes. Rock wool products have a wide range of applications, including insulation for various high-temperature pipelines, tanks, equipment, ships, and walls in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and metallurgy. They also have excellent sound absorption effects. The bulk density is 60-150kg/m ³, the average fiber diameter is ≤ 7 μ m, the slag ball content is ≤ 12%, the thermal conductivity is ≤ 0.044w/m.k, and the high operating temperature is 650 ℃.
(1) Thermal insulation performance: Good thermal insulation performance is a basic characteristic of rock wool and slag wool products. At room temperature (around 25 ℃), their thermal conductivity is usually between 0.03 and 0.047W/(moK).
(2) Combustion performance: The combustion performance of rock wool and slag wool products depends on the amount of combustible adhesive in them. Rock wool and slag wool are inorganic silicate fibers that are non combustible. In the process of processing them into products, organic binders or additives are sometimes added, which can have a certain impact on the combustion performance of the products.
(3) Sound insulation performance: Rock wool and slag wool products have excellent sound insulation and absorption performance. Their sound absorption mechanism is that these products have a porous structure. When sound waves pass through, friction is generated due to flow resistance, which causes a part of the sound energy to be absorbed by the fibers, hindering the transmission of sound waves.

▲ Ceramic cotton products/fireproof cotton
Ceramic cotton products are made by melting high-quality gemstones in an electric furnace above 2000 ℃, spraying them into fibers, and uniformly adding special binders, oil repellents, and water repellents through heating and solidification. Widely used for pipeline and equipment insulation in industrial sectors such as thermal power, petrochemicals, ships, military industry, construction, machinery, air conditioning, and refrigeration, it has excellent performance in insulation, fire prevention, moisture prevention, corrosion prevention, and sound absorption. The bulk density is 100-200kg/m ³, the average fiber diameter is ≤ 3 μ m, the slag ball content is ≤ 10.2%, the thermal conductivity is ≤ 0.035w/m.k, and the high operating temperature is 1000 ℃.

The thermal insulation is widely used in the thermal insulation and protection of petrochemical industry, ships and offshore platforms.
High temperature insulation is composed of
High temperature resistant and fire-resistant insulation is made of materials such as three proof cloth or fireproof cloth, which are cut and sewn according to the shape of the insulation part. The outer protective layer is filled with insulation materials such as ceramic fiber cotton or silicate and processed.

Thermal insulation covers have the advantages of fire prevention, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy disassembly. They are widely used in industries such as oil platforms, ships, and chemicals. High temperature types can be equipped with stainless steel wire mesh, and their high temperature resistance can reach over 1200 degrees Celsius.
