DB-HR06 centrifugal fan performance test bench
Purpose of the experiment:
1. Understand the variation patterns and measurement methods of performance parameters of centrifugal fans.
2. Familiar with the structure and basic principles of the fan performance measurement device.
3. Measure the fan air volume, air pressure, shaft power, and draw the fan air volume, air pressure, power, and efficiency curves.
Main configuration:
Current collector, throttle valve, rectifier grid, test air duct, pitot tube flow and inclined tube micro pressure gauge testing group, tested fan and motor, torque gravity sensor device, speed measurement device, universal signal input inspection instrument displaying gravity, temperature, speed, stainless steel bracket and distribution box, etc.
Technical Specifications:
1. Input power supply: three-phase AC380V ± 10% 50Hz, power 1.5KW.
2. Centrifugal fan parameters: air volume of 2000 m3/h, air pressure of 1000 Pa, power of 1.5KW.
3. Bi tube flowmeter with inclined tube micro pressure gauge for measuring flow rate: range -10-700Pa.
4. Measurement torque gravity sensor device, spoke type weighing sensor: range 0-20Kg.
5. The experimental air duct is made of 304 stainless steel material and is divided into air inlet section, experimental section, testing section, etc. It is connected by flanges for easy disassembly.
6. The temperature is measured by a high-precision temperature sensor, and a universal signal input inspection instrument is used in conjunction with a high-precision digital display meter to display all experimental measurement parameters such as temperature, resistance, flow rate, power, speed, torque, etc. The air volume is manually adjusted by a damper.
7. Dimensions: 3500 × 500 × 1200mm, with a stainless steel movable bracket and dual brake wheels.
