1、 Product Overview
The DB-JDW12 central air conditioning training and assessment device (network type) system adopts a water-cooled unit, stainless steel frame structure, and a dedicated room is established at the terminal for customer simulation. The simulation in the hall directly utilizes the original space of the classroom, and uses water dividers and collectors to distribute and adjust the cooling or heating capacity. The entire central air conditioning system is controlled by Mitsubishi FX2n-48MR PLC programmable controller and industrial bus, and the computer communicates with the PLC through the communication bus to control the operation of the entire central air conditioning system. The operating parameters of the air conditioner are collected by various sensors and sent to the computer through a communication bus for real-time monitoring through dedicated central air conditioning configuration control software. The configuration software requires the ability to synchronously display the device structure, control principles, and processes of the system in the form of animation.

2. System Object Configuration
The overall structure of the equipment is the same as the actual central air conditioning system, using an open stainless steel frame structure, and the layout of each component is reasonable and easy to operate. The system consists of a refrigeration unit, a cooling water system, a chilled water system, a heating system, an air conditioning system (duct components), a simulation room, an electrical control cabinet, a computer, and is equipped with a water collector, a water separator, and an expansion tank.
(1) Refrigeration unit
It consists of a compressor, a spiral condenser, a spiral evaporator, a liquid storage tank, a thermal expansion valve, a sight glass, a drying filter, etc. The pipeline is also equipped with control valves and other necessary components for practical training. The sight glass in the pipeline can observe the refrigerant status and other equipment. The refrigeration unit mainly completes the refrigeration work, and the refrigerant is R22.
(2) Cooling water system
Composed of one spray cooling tower unit and two cooling water pumps, it mainly completes the cooling and heat dissipation work of the refrigeration unit.
(3) Chilled water system
Composed of 2 chilled water pumps, water separators, water collectors, expansion tanks, etc., it mainly completes the chilled water circulation work of the refrigeration unit.
6. Heating system
Composed of a simulated boiler (electric heating type) and one hot water pump, it mainly completes the heating work.
(5) Air conditioning system (duct components)
Composed of filters, surface coolers, electric heaters, ordinary fans, air ducts, etc., it mainly completes the function of air conditioning.
(6) Simulated Room
Composed of one set of fan coil units, one set of temperature controllers, and an air volume regulation system, it mainly completes the temperature setting and air conditioning of the room.
(1) Control device configuration
The entire central air conditioning system is controlled by a PLC programmable controller and industrial bus. The computer communicates with the PLC through a communication bus to control the operation of the entire central air conditioning system. The operating parameters of the air conditioner are collected by various sensors and sent to the computer through a communication bus for real-time monitoring through dedicated central air conditioning configuration control software. All operational data of the central air conditioning can be displayed on the on-site control cabinet, and full manual and automatic operation can be performed.

(3) Network monitoring and intelligent assessment software enable teachers and students to monitor the operation status of central air conditioning simultaneously on 30 computers, and collect and display relevant data such as pressure and temperature of central air conditioning. The teacher's machine is set to malfunction, and the student desk determines the fault point through monitoring data and sends a fault code to resolve the equipment malfunction. The teacher's end simultaneously records the relevant data of students' answers, generates transcripts, and has printing function.
