The principle of liquid vaporization refrigeration is used to provide the required cooling capacity for the air conditioning system, in order to offset the thermal load of the indoor environment; The heating system provides the required heat for the air conditioning system to offset the indoor cooling load. The refrigeration system is a crucial part of the central air conditioning system, and its types, operating modes, structural forms, etc. directly affect the economy, efficiency, and rationality of the central air conditioning system during operation.

1、 Significant features of central air conditioning laboratory equipment:

2、 Characteristics and working principles of each main component
1. Compressor:
The system adopts a fully enclosed piston compressor, with a normal operating temperature of only 0 ℃, which is safe and reliable, compact in structure, low in noise, and good in sealing. The refrigerant is R22.
2. Evaporator:
The refrigeration system adopts a transparent water tank evaporator, which is easy to observe and clear at a glance. The evaporator group is immersed in water, and the formulation evaporates in the tube. The water flows in the water tank under the action of the water pump to enhance the refrigeration effect.
3. Condenser:
The refrigeration system adopts a spiral tube condenser, which is a relatively new type of heat exchange equipment. It is made of two parallel copper coils and is a spiral body with two spiral channels. The middle spiral is the cooling water channel, and the outer spiral is the channel for high-pressure refrigerant.
4. Spray cooling tower:
The condensation method of this device adopts a counterflow cooling tower, with a mold formed in one go and a fully transparent structure. The suction fan is installed at the top of the tower, and the structure is fully simulated and intuitive; The cooling tower adopts suction type forced ventilation, and the tower is filled with fillers to improve the cooling effect; The warm water coming out of the condenser is pumped into the top of the tower by the cooling water pump and sprayed downwards by the nozzle of the water distributor.
5. Boiler:
The boiler is the core component of the central air conditioning heating system, which uses Ingrid electric heating tubes to completely isolate water and electricity. It has over temperature protection, anti dry burning protection, and over pressure protection to ensure human and machine safety; Adopting imported polyurethane foam insulation technology, the insulation performance is good.
6. Simulated Room:
The simulated room is made of fully transparent organic glass, which has a beautiful and compact appearance, occupies a small area, and has a compact structure; Featuring a fully transparent structure, it is easy to see at a glance; The room is equipped with coils, coil fans, and temperature control regulators.
7. Temperature control:
On the panel of this equipment experimental platform, there is a temperature control display device that can control the temperature range and has a circuit to detect the temperature of various key parts.
8. Simulation demonstration:
The device is equipped with a 500mm × 300mm system work demonstration board, which uses epoxy copper-clad board and four-color (red, green, blue, yellow) LED images to realistically display the temperature and working status of cold and hot pipes.
9. Temperature controller:
Two simulated rooms are equipped with temperature control regulators with digital displays, and the temperature range can be set by oneself. The instrument can automatically adjust the temperature according to the specific situation of the room temperature setting to reach the set value.
10. High and low voltage protection devices:
For safety reasons, the refrigeration system is equipped with high and low pressure protection relays to protect the normal operation of the compressor and system.
11. Water tank:
To conserve water resources in the recycling system; Complete tasks such as adding medium water, automatic adjustment, and filtration by adding a water tank; And it is equipped with an automatic water addition system. If the system lacks water resources, the water addition system will automatically start replenishing.
12. Central control section:
The overall control part of the experimental platform can complete tasks such as switching between cooling and heating of the equipment, as well as shutting down in cooling or heating state. The startup mode is all micro motion mode, using weak switch signals to control the microprocessor and drive the circuit to work, thereby extending the service life of the equipment.
13. Fault demonstration experiment:
The experiment can directly demonstrate twelve faults in the refrigeration system and three faults in the heating system, each with a separate demonstration switch.
14. Characteristics of microcomputer interface and control part:
There are two ways to control and display the parameters of the central air conditioning teaching experimental system. The first way is to control the working status of each part, set various parameters, and dynamically display them through the buttons on the control panel of the experimental platform. The second method is to communicate with the serial interface of the microcomputer through the serial port of the microcontroller (the motherboard of this experimental system uses advanced microcontrollers as the main chip), and is equipped with fully Chinese application software, so that all the control and display parameters required for the central air conditioning can be completed on the screen of the microcomputer.
