The working principle of the ash hopper dust collector in the cement plant is that the dust containing gas enters from the inlet and outlet of the dust collector in the wind box body, and then turns to the ash hopper through the inclined partition. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to inertia, coarse dust particles in the gas fall into the ash hopper, while small dust particles are deflected by the airflow and enter the filtering chamber. The dust adheres to the surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper cleaning chamber through the filter bag. It is cleaned and collected by each compartment through the outlet, and is sucked out by the main fan of the dust collection system and discharged into the atmosphere.

Fly ash will condense at around 120-130 degrees. If a large amount of fly ash condenses on the surface of the equipment, it will hinder normal operation. Therefore, an electric heat tracing system needs to be installed. According to the temperature requirements of the equipment, a constant power electric heat tracing belt is selected for this project. After the electric heat tracing belt is wrapped around the outside of the ash hopper, it compensates for the temperature difference on the outer wall of the ash hopper through the electric heat tracing belt, ultimately achieving the purpose of dehumidification and smooth flow.

working principle

The power bus consists of two parallel insulated copper wires, wrapped with heating wires in the middle of the insulation layer, and connected to the bus at regular intervals (i.e. "heating section length") to form a continuous parallel resistor. After the busbar is powered on, the parallel resistors generate heat, thus forming a continuous heating strip.
