One Equipment Introduction

This test bench can simulate the composite characteristics of cavitation, erosion, and corrosion of impellers (flywheels) in water under high-speed rotation conditions in simulated field conditions. It is a laboratory for testing the cavitation and erosion characteristics of materials used in fluid machinery, a research institution, and teaching equipment. The material of the key components and pipe valves of the equipment body is Stainless steel has corrosion resistance properties. The main body of the equipment has low vibration during operation, stable operation, good reliability, and the ability to work continuously for a long time. The system has overvoltage and overcurrent protection, with relatively high safety. The system can collect signals such as liquid pressure and temperature.

three Structural Introduction

The device can be divided into: base, pattern plate rotation system, high voltage generator, negative pressure system, and control system. As shown in the figure below:

The base is welded from carbon steel and mechanically processed through aging treatment to ensure overall rigidity; Spray anti rust paint after installation to ensure the anti-corrosion performance of the base.

The pattern plate rotation system is driven by three variable frequency motors through a variable speed system to rotate the pattern plate, with a maximum speed of up to2000r/min.

The spindle rotation and speed change are lubricated with hydraulic oil to ensure the stability of the equipment during long-term operation.
