1、 Instrument Overview:

6、 Adjustment method:
1. Rotate the outer ring cover of the dial counterclockwise, open the cover, and gently pry it open with a straight line (only the part below the gasket that contacts the housing can be pred open with a straight line (cannot directly pry open the LCD screen glass to prevent damage to the LCD screen), and gently pry it up in multiple points.
2. After opening, there are "Z" and "S" keys on the back of the LCD screen. If the temperature display deviates from the actual temperature, only the "Z" key can be adjusted slightly, and the "S" key cannot be adjusted casually.
3. The temperature adjustment must have a standard thermometer as a standard, and the thermometer should be placed in a relatively constant temperature environment. After successful adjustment, it should be placed in a relatively constant temperature environment for 8 hours to stabilize. The temperature deviation displayed by each thermometer should be minimized (0.5% of the range value is the normal deviation). The adjustment method is as follows:
a、 If the actual temperature is higher than the displayed temperature, then rotate the "Z" key clockwise for fine adjustment. If the actual temperature is lower than the displayed temperature, then rotate the "Z" key counterclockwise for fine adjustment. Just enough.
b. The "S" key must be adjusted by the manufacturer's technical personnel using a dedicated debugging instrument, and no other personnel are allowed to use this key.
7、 Attention:
1. During storage, installation, use, and transportation, try to avoid collision with the protective tube and prohibit bending or deformation of the protective tube.
2. During installation, it is strictly prohibited to twist the instrument housing.
3. The instrument should operate normally within an ambient temperature range of -30 ℃ to 80 ℃.
4. The temperature at which the instrument frequently operates can be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the scale range.
5. The length of the protective tube immersed in the measured medium must be greater than the length of the temperature sensing element to ensure measurement accuracy.
6. Do not use for measuring media in open containers.
7. Pay attention to checking during use, which will take about 6 months.
