1、 VTC52P Product Overview:

The VTC52P viscometer constant temperature bath is a new type of equipment specially produced for material analysis and production inspection in industries such as petrochemicals and chemical fiber plastics. This machine consists of a constant temperature bath host and a cooler, which are not affected by ambient temperature. It does not have the trouble and short lifespan of semiconductor refrigeration that requires external cooling water, and can easily obtain a constant temperature value below room temperature. The front and rear of the host are equipped with large flat windows, which can accommodate four capillary viscometers in a row. It is suitable for Ubbelohde, Augsburg, and Brinell viscosity testing and other physical and chemical experiments.

The temperature uniformity in the tank is good, with uniformity ±0.01℃；The host is equipped with large flat windows at the front and rear, which can accommodate four capillary viscometers in a row. It is suitable for various capillary viscometers and can perform multiple sample tests simultaneously;
◆The front large flat window is convenient for observation, and the rear window can be used to place a flat background light. The observation capillary is particularly clear, suitable for Ubbelohde, Austenitic, Brinell viscosity testing and other physical and chemical experiments;

◆Standard configuration includes four stainless steel viscosity tube brackets, which are very convenient for installation and positioning, as well as height adjustment. The brackets are easy to adjust, and after adjustment, the capillary viscometer will automatically become vertical;

◆Equipped with a standard cooler, insulation connecting pipe, and stainless steel cooling coil, it can easily achieve a constant temperature below room temperature. The cooler can also be used separately for other instruments, equipment, and places that require cooling;

◆Temperature control adopts level IVPIDControl technology, temperature stability, stability ±0.01℃, and can perform three-point temperature calibration simultaneously;

◆Level 3 safety protection: Level 2 low liquid level protection. When the liquid level is low, it reminds the user that they can add liquid and stop the machine if they do not add liquid after waiting; Second level adjustable hardware safety temperature protection, which can promptly cut off the power supply of the heater during dry burning; The third level can set high and low temperature limits. When the detected temperature exceeds the set value, an alarm and shutdown will be triggered. Various alarm codes will be displayed directly, and the error point can be determined directly. The buzzer can be set to silent or audible when an alarm is triggered;
