Pointek CLS 100 is a compact two-wire inverter frequency shift capacitive switch, which is suitable for detecting interface solids, liquids, slurries and foam in occasions with limited space. The CLS 100 is compact in size with an insertion depth of 100mm, suitable for various applications such as containers or pipelines, and is a substitute for traditional capacitive switches. Its advanced top sensing technology provides precise and highly repetitive point level signals. The probe material is PPS (PVDF optional) that is resistant to chemical corrosion, and the working temperature is:- 30~100 ° C. The fully sealed and compact design enables it to work in vibration scenarios such as stirred tanks, with high reliability and vibration resistance up to 4g. When using an anti grinding protective cover, CLS 100 can protect it from harsh rough processes such as shear, impact, and wear. PointekCLS 100 has three types to choose from: integrated cable type with stainless steel process connection, probe material can be PPS or PVDF; Fully encapsulated type, with a thermoplastic polyester outer cover, PPS process connection combined with PPS probe; Standard cover type, with thermoplastic polyester cover, stainless steel process connection combined with PPS or PVDF probe..
