【 Usage 】

1. Balance to room temperature: Before use, take out the strain freeze-drying bottle from the refrigerator and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to balance to room temperature.

2. Dissolution: Add 2mL of the appropriate amount of the complex solution into the strain freeze-drying bottle, cover the bottle cap, vortex and shake for 15 seconds to dissolve it.

3. After mixing, the concentration of the bacterial solution should be 100-1000 cfu/mL. According to the corresponding standards or experimental requirements, an appropriate amount of bacterial solution should be taken for inoculation and cultivation.

Counting Confirmation

1. Flat plate coating method:

After obtaining a uniformly mixed bacterial solution according to the instructions, take 100 μ L of bacterial solution (with a content of about 10-100 cfu) and add it to the corresponding culture medium plate. Then, use a coating rod to evenly spread the bacterial solution in the same direction on the plate. Wait for the bacterial solution to permeate into the culture medium, invert the plate, and incubate it at the desired temperature.

2. Pouring dish method:

2.1 After obtaining a uniformly mixed bacterial solution according to the instructions, dilute it 10 times and take 1mL (total content of about 100-1000cfu) of the bacterial solution. Add it to 9mL of sterile physiological saline and mix well.

2.2 Take 1mL of bacterial solution (with a content of about 10-100cfu) from step '2.1', add it to a sterile petri dish, inject about 20mL of melted culture medium with a temperature not exceeding 45 ℃, mix well, and invert the culture medium for cultivation after it solidifies.

【 Precautions 】

1. This product is a disposable product. After dissolving the freeze-dried strain, please use it within 2 hours.

2. Please strictly store according to the storage conditions and do not place it in a regular refrigerator with large temperature fluctuations.

3. Strain products should avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and the freezing temperature should not be changed during the freezing process.

4. The discarded bacterial suspension should be subjected to high-temperature and high-pressure moist heat sterilization treatment at 121 ℃.

5. Do not use if the product color or freeze-dried material changes.
