operating steps
A. Prepare

2. Open the cap of the small tube under sterile conditions.
3. Take 3-4 samples of pure cultured small bacterial colonies (cultured for 18-24 hours) and inoculate them with a liquid preservative using a pipette buffer.
4. Cover the bottle cap and invert it 4-5 times to absorb microorganisms, without vortexing.
5. At this point, microorganisms will be adsorbed onto the beads, and the buffer solution needs to be poured out to make the inoculated beads as liquid free as possible, and the bottle cap should be closed.
6. Make a record or other record of the culture barcode provided on the bottle.
7. The cryovials used for storing vaccinations are kept at -70 ℃ for long-term effectiveness.
B. Recovery

1. Under sterile conditions, open the bottle cap and use sterilized inoculants or tweezers to remove a small bead. Cover the bottle cap and store it at low temperature as soon as possible. Excessive temperature changes can reduce the survival ability of organisms.
2. Small beads can be directly inoculated onto solid culture medium or dripped onto suitable liquid culture medium.
