The XZC-180 cable identification device is designed for power cable engineers and cable workers to solve technical problems in cable identification. The transmitter uses the principle of pulse current to inject pulse encoded current signals into the cable core. This current generates an electromagnetic field around the target cable for the receiver and flexible current clamp to detect, decode, and identify; Due to the directionality of current, detection also has directionality. The transmitter adopts an integrated toolbox design, using polypropylene plastic as raw material and adding new composite fillers for one-time injection molding. It has low density, strength, rigidity, hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance, and insulation performance. Its box can withstand a pressure of about 200kg. The host's ultra large LCD displays the remaining battery level in real time, with white backlight and dynamic indication of the transmission signal, making it clear at a glance.

The receiver is a handheld device with a 3.5-inch color LCD screen and a built-in high-speed microprocessor that recognizes and decodes the pulse encoded current signal from the transmitter. Electronic dial indicates signal strength, exquisite and intuitive; Color grating dynamic display, clear at a glance, can quickly and automatically identify the target cable. It also has AC voltage detection function, with a range of AC 0.01V to 600V (50Hz/60Hz).

The flexible current clamp is a Rockwell coil with transient tracking capability, which can quickly identify the pulse encoded current generated by the transmitter and is suitable for thick cables or irregularly shaped conductors. The inner diameter of its clamp is about 200mm, and it can clamp cables with a diameter of less than 200mm without disconnecting the measured line. It is a non-contact measurement that is safe and fast.
