Overview

The CXZ-12-14 vertical vacuum quenching furnace/vacuum resistance furnace uses high-temperature electric heating alloy wire or silicon carbon rod as the heating element, and K-index or S-index thermocouple as the temperature measuring element. The maximum temperature of the furnace can reach 1200 ℃ and 1400 ℃, and is controlled by a precision digital program temperature controller, which can achieve automatic program temperature rise and fall of the furnace. The furnace can be evacuated by a mechanical vacuum pump or a secondary vacuum unit to achieve vacuum quenching of samples. At the same time, protective atmosphere or reaction atmosphere can also be injected for atmosphere quenching operation.
