The CV-4100 series is equipped with a laser holographic grating ruler detector, which can achieve high precision and resolution in narrow/wide range of Z-axis. Sanfeng Company's innovative laser holographic grating ruler technology utilizes the phenomenon of diffraction light interference to achieve high precision at the level of an approximate interferometer, effectively ensuring a resolution of up to 0.05 ц m within the entire measurement range of 50mm.

Enhance safety features to protect operators, measuring instruments, and workpieces
To enhance safety during rapid movement, the Z-axis detector is equipped with an anti-collision safety device (which automatically stops working when interference occurs). At the same time, the new remote control box is equipped with an emergency stop switch located within reach above the drive speed control knob.
All detectors and drive cables are located inside the host to reduce the danger caused by friction and ensure high-speed, interference free operation of the machine.
