1 Introduction
The CZC-1 speed sensor product adopts the Hall effect. When the metal teeth pass through the front end of the Hall sensor, it causes a change in the magnetic field. The Hall element detects the change in the magnetic field and converts it into an alternating electrical signal. The built-in circuit of the sensor amplifies and shapes the signal, outputting a good rectangular pulse signal. The measurement frequency range is wider, the output signal is more stable, the installation is simple, and it is oil and waterproof. It has been applied in speed measurement fields such as electricity, automobiles, aviation, textiles, and petrochemicals

3. The QBJ-CS-2-2 sensor can measure forward or reverse rotation, and the two sensors can be interchanged. When installed, they are clamped at a 90 degree angle, and the end face of the sensor is perpendicular to the measured tooth
