The CAP-3011-S1000L intelligent capacitive level gauge is made using advanced RF capacitance detection technology, supplemented by temperature drift compensation technology for industrial range measurement systems. In addition to inheriting the advantages of traditional capacitive level detection technology, it also solves the problems of large temperature drift, poor detection linearity, and poor resolution that traditional capacitive level meters cannot overcome in measurement systems. It can be applied to measure the liquid level of soluble media with relatively stable components in various industrial environments, as well as dry powder and particle level measurement. Working principle of CAP-3022-S1000L intelligent capacitive level gauge

By utilizing the proportional relationship between the change in object (liquid) level and the capacitance change generated by the measuring probe, the detected capacitance change is compensated for by the temperature drift of the measuring system, and processed by a dedicated mode system software. The output includes a two-wire 4-20mA analog current loop proportional to the change in object (liquid) level and four sets of SPST (NO) solid-state relay contacts.
