The CRDS customized cavity adopts CF16 flange straight pipe connection, which ensures high vacuum sealing while also facilitating disassembly and replacement. Multiple M4 threaded holes are reserved at the bottom of the cavity for easy installation on the optical platform used for experiments.
CRDS customized cavityIt is an optical mechanical unit for conducting research and application of cavity ring down spectroscopy technology. The ring down cavity developed by our company integrates optical path adjustment, cavity length control, and gas path interface, which can meet various experimental needs. The cavity is equipped with two industrial grade optical adjustment frames, with 80 TPI precision adjustment screws for easy fine alignment of the cavity mirror. The fixed adapter of the endoscope is equipped with piezoelectric ceramics, which can achieve micrometer level cavity length tuning. Two 6mm stainless steel connecting pipes are used to introduce and discharge the gas sample to be tested from the chamber. The cavities are connected by CF16 flange straight through pipes, which not only ensure high vacuum sealing, but also facilitate disassembly and replacement. Multiple M4 threaded holes are reserved at the bottom of the cavity for easy installation on the optical platform used for experiments.
