CQB (F) type fluoroplastic magnetic pump

The CQB small magnetic drive pump is an energy-saving new product that relies on magnetic couplings to transmit power. It eliminates traditional shaft seals and couplings, turning complex dynamic seals into reliable static seals, eliminating the phenomena of shaft filling running, emitting, dripping, and leaking. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, dyes, papermaking, environmental protection, metallurgy, power, and chemical engineering.
According to the different requirements of users for conveying media, our company produces three forms of magnetic drive pumps.
(1) The CQF series is made of perfluoroplastic reinforced alloy (power below 2.2KW).
(2) The overcurrent components of the CQB series that come into contact with liquids are all made of stainless steel. (Power below 37KW).
(3) The CIF pump body is lined with fluoroplastic reinforced alloy, and the impeller, pump cover, etc. are pressed with fluoroplastic reinforced alloy (power below 37KW).
These three forms of pumps have expanded their use due to the use of different materials. Has good resistance to solutions such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid. This series of pumps is designed according to the international standard ISO2858, and all other components have sufficient safety factors, so it can meet the requirements of high pressure and large flow rate, with a maximum flow rate of 50m3/h and a maximum head of 80m.
