Jiangsu Lingheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in producingCOD water quality automatic analyzerThe instrument can achieve rapid analysis from water sample collection to data output without manual operation through real-time and on-site operation. It has functions such as automatic diagnosis, automatic calibration, automatic cleaning, and fault alarm to ensure the reliability of analysis results and the long-term operation of the instrument.
The correct usage method of COD water quality automatic analyzer:
1. Open the box and prepare for the inspection. Before use, it is necessary to clean the exterior and interior of the colorimetric dish. If conditions permit in the laboratory, an ultrasonic cleaning machine can be used to clean for 30 minutes. If this condition is not met, it can also be washed with detergent. After washing, rinse with pure water, and then use a soft cloth to wipe off the water stains and fingerprints on the colorimetric dish.
2. Turn on the power switch and select the zero calibration option for chromaticity through the button. Select a small-sized colorimetric dish, add pure water to the scale line of the small-sized colorimetric dish, and use a soft cloth to wipe off any water stains and fingerprints on the surface of the colorimetric dish.
3. Start zero calibration of the instrument, place the colorimetric dish inside the instrument, cover it, and wait for 3 seconds before starting zero calibration.
4. After the calibration is completed, pour out the pure water in the colorimetric dish and wipe it clean. Add 10ml of the water sample to be tested to the reaction bottle.
5. Add 4 drops of ammonia nitrogen reagent I to the reaction bottle or circular colorimetric bottle, cover with a lid, and shake well.
6. Add 4 drops of ammonia nitrogen reagent II to the reaction bottle or circular colorimetric bottle, cover with a lid, and shake well.
7. Let it stand and react for 5 minutes.
8. Clean the water stains and fingerprints on the surface of the colorimetric dish with a soft cloth.
9. Place the colorimetric dish containing the water sample into the instrument, cover it, and start testing after 3 seconds. Wait for a few seconds, and the results will be displayed directly. If printing is required, it can be printed directly.
10. After all items have been tested, turn off the power. Take out the colorimetric dish, pour out the water sample, and clean the exterior and interior of the colorimetric surface with pure water. After washing, wipe the colorimetric dish clean with a soft cloth or tissue, and place it properly.
Stability is the ability of an instrument to measure a sample over a long period of time. According to the definition of stability in the "General Metrology Terms and Definitions", the change in metrological characteristics within a specified time interval is used to characterize the metrological characteristic.
In practical work, Type I instruments measure every 4 hours, while Type II instruments measure every 1 hour; Due to the regular automatic calibration function of the heavy metal COD water quality online detector and the relevant regulations in the environmental protection industry standards for its small maintenance cycle (the instrument maintains its metrological performance cycle without manual maintenance), the long-term stability of the instrument is well guaranteed. The preparation team found during the experiment that the 24-hour stability measurement results were basically consistent with the 4-hour stability measurement results. To increase on-site operability, a 50% range standard solution is used as the test sample, and after stabilization, continuous measurements are taken for 4 hours. The stability is determined by the percentage of the initial measurement value with a larger deviation relative to the initial measurement value. Referring to relevant standards, the recommended stability index is set at 5%.
