Product Usage:
COD constant temperature heater is a classic method for analyzing wastewater, which uses air condensation instead of water condensation to determine chemical oxygen consumption as a heating reflux device. It adopts a new type of temperature controller, with fast heating speed, constant and uniform temperature, easy operation, and is a new experimental instrument product. According to the testing conducted by the Environmental Monitoring Instrument Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the National Environmental Protection Administration, the results meet the requirements of the international standard method ISO06066-86. This product is widely used for water quality testing in industries such as environmental protection, medical care, hygiene, food, tap water, papermaking, sewage treatment, printing and dyeing, petrochemicals, metallurgy, and universities.

★ "Super Fuzzy PID" control has smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and better temperature control accuracy compared to traditional PID control methods
★ It has a constant temperature timing function, and after the timing ends, it can be set to stop heating output or continue to maintain the current temperature. After the timer ends, there will be sound and light prompts, and the timer setting range is 0 to 9999 minutes (hours)
★ Equipped with temperature "self-tuning" function, more precise temperature control
★ Equipped with over temperature alarm sound and light alarm function, ensuring experimental safety
