1、 Device function
thisCO2 leak monitoring teaching deviceCan simulateThe CO ₂ transmission pipeline in a simulated sand table experiences leakage. By installing CO ₂ concentration sensors and temperature sensors inside the simulated sand table, the diffusion law and change process of carbon dioxide in the sand table medium after leakage can be detected in real time. This can visually display the diffusion characteristics of CO ₂ leakage and meet the teaching and practical training, experimental demonstration, principle exploration and other teaching needs.
2、 Technical parameters
The core technical parameters of the equipment are as follows, all of which have been factory calibrated and verified through actual testing:
1. Pipeline working pressure:0-5Mpa
2. Leakage flow range:0.1L/min-5L/min
3. Temperature detection parametersMeasurement range-50 ℃~100 ℃, measurement accuracy of 0.1 ℃
4. CO ₂ concentration detection parametersMeasurement range0-100%VOL
3、 Safety operation standards
Standardized safety operations are the core of ensuring the personal safety of operators, stable operation of equipment, and extending the service life of instruments. Operators must strictly adhere to the following safety operation points:
• All types of instruments and supporting computers of the equipment must be connected to a compliant and stable power supply, and must be equipped with automatic voltage stabilization protection devices to prevent voltage instability, leakage, overload and other problems.
• The entire equipment and its components must be reliably grounded to eliminate static electricity and electrical leakage safety hazards.
• The working pressure of the pipeline system must not exceed the design pressure of the equipment, and must not exceed the maximum range of various detection instruments; When using gas pressurization operation, caution must be exercised, pressurization must be slow, and overpressure operation is strictly prohibited.
• All valves of the equipment are manually controlled. Before the experiment, the test process should be sorted out in advance, the flow direction of the medium should be confirmed, and the valves should be operated strictly according to the test steps. Valve operation errors will directly lead to experimental failure and even equipment failure.
4、 Equipment installation
This device has been fully assembled, debugged, and tested before leaving the factory. For the convenience of packaging and transportation, the equipment adopts a split type packaging structure. Users must strictly follow the equipment matching process flow chart for assembly during on-site installation.
The equipment installation work can be jointly completed by the manufacturer's technical personnel and the user's operators, helping the user familiarize themselves with the equipment structure and pipeline layout, and facilitating subsequent daily operation and maintenance.
5、 Equipment operation process
The equipment operation must strictly follow the following steps to complete the experimental operation in a standardized manner:
1. Fill the interior of the equipment box with experimental sand and accurately deploy temperature detection probes according to the process requirementsCO ₂ concentration detection probe, ensuring compliant probe position and good contact.
2. Slowly adjust the pressure regulating valve of the equipment to adjust the pipeline pressure to the leakage pressure value required for the experiment.
3. Open the leakage control valve, fine tune the valve opening, and adjust it to the experimental settingCO ₂ leakage flow rate.
4. Real time observation and recording of temperature dataAnalyze and calculate the leakage and diffusion range, diffusion rate, and distribution pattern of carbon dioxide in sand layers based on changes in CO ₂ concentration data.
6、 Daily maintenance and upkeep
Regular maintenance can effectively ensure the accuracy of equipment detection and extend the service life of equipment. The following maintenance standards need to be followed in daily operations:
•Maintenance of pressure regulating valveRegularly disassemble and clean the pressure regulating valve, remove internal impurities and dust, ensure sensitive and accurate pressure regulation, and avoid blockage and pressure regulation failure.
•Flow meter maintenanceFlow meters are strictly prohibited from withstanding severe vibrations and impacts to avoid affecting measurement accuracy; For detailed maintenance instructions, please refer to the original manufacturer's manual for the flowmeter.
•Industrial control computer maintenanceThe computer supporting the equipment is a dedicated control and acquisition device. Random copying and insertion of unknown sources are prohibitedUSB flash drive is used to prevent computer virus intrusion, which can cause device control abnormalities, data collection confusion, data distortion, and other issues.
•Pipeline system maintenanceAll media contact parts of the equipment are made of stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance, but the pipeline and manifold still need to be cleaned regularly to remove residual impurities. Before long-term shutdown of the equipment, high-pressure gas drying treatment or oil sealing protection should be carried out inside the manifold to prevent pipeline corrosion and blockage.
•Seal maintenance and pressure resistance testingAfter long-term operation of the equipment, the pipeline seals will experience normal wear and aging, which will reduce the sealing performance of the equipment. It is recommended to conduct regular pressure tests on the equipment and replace the aging seals at the leaking parts in a timely manner; The recommended cycle for high-frequency equipment, seal replacement, and pressure testing isOnce every three months.
