1、 Device function

1.1 The device is based on the teaching concept of intelligence, engineering and Internet plus, and the equipment layout, material selection and pipeline design have engineering application concepts;

1.2. By using Fe doped zeolite adsorbent, continuous adsorption, regeneration and capture of CO2 gas in flue gas (5-14% CO2) can be achieved with a capture rate of over 90%.

1.3. It can achieve automatic proportional gas distribution operation with high accuracy and good stability, with an accuracy of up to 0.1% level, and fully automatic wireless control transmission.

1.4. Material transportation can be controlled by cloud based IoT, achieving unmanned operation and automatic control of indicators;

1.5. Gas online infrared real-time monitoring system, self feedback control, realizing intelligent adjustment operation of equipment;

1.6. The tower body adopts a double tower stainless steel absorption tower body and is equipped with glass mirrors, which can be used for process research of gas mixture pressure swing adsorption separation. The carbon dioxide content in the gas at the outlet of the adsorption tower under different operating conditions of the molecular sieve is measured to determine the breakthrough curve of the adsorption tower, understand and master the main factors affecting the pressure swing adsorption effect, and screen and evaluate the performance of gas adsorbents;

1.7 Fe MOR formed zeolite adsorbent, which can set the pressure swing adsorption cycle timing by itself, optimize the adsorption separation process, and achieve continuous thermal regeneration with low regeneration temperature and low energy consumption, suitable for industrial plant scenarios;

1.8. The device adopts a single-layer design, arranged close to industrial facilities, facilitating material flow and reducing power equipment.

1.9. The device has high durability, and the frame structure is made of aluminum alloy profiles, which have higher strength, are not easily deformed, are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, have no dead zones, and are easy to clean;
