Weighing device for marine carbon dioxide steel cylinder system with a range of 0-200KG

Why do we have to use 'weighing' instead of looking at a pressure gauge?
CO ₂ is in a high-pressure state where gas and liquid coexist inside the steel cylinder (approximately 5.7 MPa at room temperature):
Inaccurate pressure gauge: As the temperature rises, the evaporation pressure of the liquid increases; The temperature decreases and the liquefaction pressure of the gas decreases. Pressure is not related to the remaining amount, a 5% leakage of pressure may still be normal.

Reliable weighing: As long as there is a leak (gas/liquid), the weight will definitely decrease and not be affected by temperature, which is a reliable method recognized by the national standard.

Portable/Handheld Scale (Fire Extinguisher Maintenance)
Purpose: Regular maintenance and weighing of carbon dioxide fire extinguishers.
Requirement: Range ≥ 50kg, accuracy 0.01kg (10g).
According to GB 50444, CO ₂ fire extinguishers must be weighed and inspected

Carbon dioxide filling scale (quantitative filling)
Purpose: Gas station to quantitatively charge CO ₂ into steel cylinders (such as 5kg, 10kg, 20kg specifications).
Core functions:
Automatic peeling, automatic zeroing
Automatically cut off the gas source and sound and light alarm when the weight is set
Data recording and prevention of overfilling

Difference from CO ₂ concentration detector
CO ₂ weighing device: measures the total mass (remaining amount, leakage) inside the steel cylinder.
CO ₂ concentration detector: measures the concentration of CO ₂ in the air (ppm) for environmental safety and agricultural greenhouses.
The two have different purposes and cannot be interchanged.
