Adopting high-precision dual lead worm gear pairs, precise division, small backlash, and convenient and reliable side clearance adjustment. After prolonged use and wear, the clearance can be readjusted to restore the factory precision.
The worm gear is processed with a precision of level 3 according to the national standard. The worm gear is made of high-performance alloy steel, and the worm gear is made of tin bronze material with good wear resistance.
The grating rotary table has continuous indexing with a minimum indexing accuracy of 0.001 °, which can achieve the machining of complex surfaces.
The positioning of the toothed disc turntable adopts a precision end toothed disc with a minimum division unit of 1 º, good rigidity, and high repeatability positioning accuracy.
The turntable adopts full circumference hydraulic locking, with high braking torque and the ability to withstand high torque cutting.
Four conical positioning seats are used for tabletop positioning, ensuring accurate and reliable repeated positioning.
The main rotary bearing adopts a large-diameter radial bearing, which greatly increases the rigidity of the disc surface and can withstand radial and axial heavy cutting forces.
The interface size can be reserved according to the servo motor selected by the user.
The tabletop can be designed as square or circular, T-shaped groove or screw hole, sliding rail type or cone pin positioning clamping type according to user requirements.
