The UCL-3200 ultraviolet radiation analyzer is a complete, microprocessor controlled ultraviolet irradiation system primarily used to connect nucleic acids to membranes and eliminate PCR contamination. The programmable microprocessor continuously monitors ultraviolet light emission. When the irradiated energy matches the pre-set energy, the irradiation will automatically stop. No matter how the intensity of the ultraviolet lamp fluctuates, the irradiation energy can be reproduced. The UCL-3200 ultraviolet radiation analyzer is equipped with a mirror stainless steel UV irradiation chamber and an aluminum diffuse reflection plate, and the irradiation intensity inside the UV irradiation chamber is uniform. The ultraviolet sensor located above the irradiation chamber is installed with quartz glass to protect the sensor from chemical contamination. It can be said that the technology of UCL-3200 has been optimized and improved on the basis of traditional cross-linking instruments, with stable performance, long working time, constant temperature, long lamp life, and also equipped with the conditions of traditional cross-linking instruments.
