1. Daily maintenance
Appearance inspection: Conduct a weekly appearance inspection of the solenoid valve to check for damage, dirt, and foreign objects. At the same time, check whether the solenoid valve wiring is secure to avoid faults caused by poor contact.
Cleaning treatment: Wipe the valve body with a clean cloth every month to avoid using corrosive cleaning agents. For the valve core and seat, compressed air can be used for blowing to keep the channel unobstructed.
Functional testing: Conduct functional testing on the solenoid valve every six months to observe its response speed and reliability.
2. Regular maintenance
Lubrication and maintenance: Lubricate the moving parts of the solenoid valve every quarter, select appropriate lubricating oil, ensure the flexible movement of the valve core, and reduce wear.
Component inspection: Regularly check whether the cylinder or diaphragm is leaking, whether there is any leakage at the connection thread of each gas source, and whether the connection of each signal wire is loose or worn. Check the wear and compression force of the packing, and replace the packing box regularly if necessary. Check the corrosion and wear of the valve body, valve seat, valve core, etc. Check whether the diaphragm or cylinder O-ring in the actuator is aging or cracked, and replace it if necessary.
Air source and hydraulic oil inspection: Regularly inspect the air source and hydraulic oil, regularly drain the filtering device, remove impurities such as air source and hydraulic oil that supply energy, and prevent impurities from blocking the throttle holes and pipelines.
3. Special case handling
Long term disuse: If the solenoid valve is not used for a long time, the manual valve in front of the valve should be closed, the accumulated water in the valve should be cleaned, and the interior and parts should be wiped clean. After blowing with compressed air, it should be stored. When reusing, the condensed water should be completely drained and tested several times. Only after the switch is normal can it be put into use.
Fault repair: When the solenoid valve malfunctions, such as the valve core being stuck by impurities, the impurities can be washed out with clean water; If the sealing surface is damaged, the solenoid valve should be replaced in a timely manner. During maintenance, the valve and actuator are usually removed from the process pipeline together, and precision machined parts such as valve core components, throttle components, valve seats, etc. should be protected to prevent damage.
