Easy installation: There is a straight through pipeline type, and the installation part can rotate 360 °, allowing for free selection of bottom, side, or panel installation methods without the need for brackets.


Compact design: Added a compact version corresponding to M5, which can be installed on the cylinder without interfering with the ground contact of the cylinder, and the dial is displayed in units of 0.5. When rotating the knob, the fingertip can feel a "click" feedback sound, making it easy to align the scale even in places where it cannot be visually observed.


Easy to operate: The needle valve is fixed using a push locking method, eliminating the movement of the valve when locked, achieving effective locking and simple operation.

routine maintenance

Appearance inspection: Regularly check for damage, deformation, or corrosion on the casing of the speed regulating valve, whether the dial is clear, and whether the needle valve knob and locking device are functioning properly. Check for any looseness or air leakage at the quick connector.

Function check: Observe the control effect of the speed regulating valve on the cylinder speed to ensure normal flow regulation, smooth cylinder operation, and no sudden speed changes or abnormal shaking.


regular maintenance

Cleaning: Clean the surface of the speed control valve with a clean soft cloth at regular intervals to remove dust and oil stains. For the filter at the air inlet, it is necessary to regularly clean or replace the filter element to prevent impurities from entering the speed control valve and affecting its performance.

Lubrication: If the speed control valve has lubrication points, according to the instructions, regularly add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to ensure the flexible operation of internal moving parts.


Performance calibration

Flow calibration: It is recommended to use professional flow calibration equipment to calibrate the speed control valve annually or based on actual usage. Adjust the flow rate of the speed control valve to different scales, measure the actual output flow rate, ensure that it matches the flow value indicated on the scale, and the deviation is within the allowable range.

Linearity check: Check whether the linear relationship between the needle valve rotation angle and the flow rate change is good. By measuring the flow rate at different rotation angles multiple times and drawing curves for analysis, if any linearity abnormalities are found, the cause should be promptly investigated and repaired.


Fault handling

Unstable flow: It may be due to worn needle valves, aging seals, or blockage by impurities. Check the needle valve and seals, replace them in a timely manner if they are worn or aged, and clean the impurities inside the speed control valve.

Inaccurate scale: If the scale display does not match the actual flow rate, it may be due to loose scale or internal transmission mechanism failure. Check whether the installation of the dial is firm and whether the transmission mechanism is normal. Adjust or repair it if necessary


Precautions

Prevent overpressure and overheating: Avoid operating the speed control valve in an environment that exceeds the rated pressure and temperature, otherwise it will affect its performance and service life, and even cause safety accidents.


Correct installation and disassembly: When installing and disassembling the speed control valve, follow the instructions in the manual to avoid component damage caused by improper operation.


Record maintenance information: Detailed records of the time, content, calibration results, faults, and handling methods of each maintenance, in order to track the usage status of the speed control valve and provide reference for subsequent maintenance.
