CKD/Japan HEKAILI PARACT Electric Air Pressure Reducing Valve
Product features
Compact size: With a size of only 30 × 39 × 57.1mm (width × height × length), it is lightweight and helps to miniaturize the device, making it easy to install in compact equipment.
High precision: The fluid pressure can be controlled with high precision and high-speed response through electrical signals, with a repeatability of 0.3% F.S., a resolution of 0.1% F.S., and a response time of only 0.1 seconds under no load.
Wide pressure range: Multiple pressure types have been added, covering -100kPa (negative pressure), 200kPa (medium pressure), 900kPa (high pressure), etc., to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
Intuitive display: The action status is displayed in dual color, with green when setting pressure and red when setting outside or incorrect, making it easy for users to intuitively understand the working status.
Easy installation: The air piping adopts quick plug connectors, and the electrical wiring adopts M12 connectors. The piping and wiring operations are simple, which can effectively reduce installation time.

:
1. Appearance inspection: Check for damage, deformation, and cracks in the pressure reducing valve housing, whether there are signs of looseness, air leakage, or electric leakage at the quick plug connector and M12 connector, and whether the dual color display screen is normal.
2. Pressure check: Observe whether the output pressure is stable and meets the set value. If there are pressure fluctuations or abnormalities, the cause should be promptly investigated.
3. Regular cleaning: Use a clean soft cloth to wipe off dust and oil stains on the surface of the pressure reducing valve, keeping the appearance clean. Regularly open the air filtration device, clean the internal impurities and moisture, and prevent them from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance. If the working environment is dusty, the cleaning cycle can be shortened appropriately.
4. Performance calibration: According to the frequency of use and accuracy requirements, regularly use professional pressure calibration equipment to calibrate the pressure reducing valve. It is generally recommended to calibrate it every six months or one year. Use professional instruments to check the performance of electrical components, such as checking whether the correspondence between input signals and output pressures is normal.
5. Seal inspection: Regularly check the wear of the seals. If aging, deformation, or damage is found, they should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent air leakage and unstable pressure.
6. Inspection of other components: For frequently used pressure reducing valves, attention should be paid to the wear of components such as valve cores and springs. If necessary, relevant components should be replaced in a timely manner.
7. Prevent overpressure: Avoid operating the pressure reducing valve beyond its rated pressure to prevent component damage or safety accidents.
8. Avoid electromagnetic interference: When installing, it should be kept away from strong electromagnetic field equipment to prevent electromagnetic interference from affecting the electrical performance and control accuracy of the pressure reducing valve.
9. Record maintenance information: Detailed records of the time, content, and replaced parts of each maintenance to track the maintenance history and performance changes of the product.
In addition, when performing maintenance, cut off the power supply, stop supplying compressed air, and confirm that there is no residual pressure before proceeding with the operation. And since the shell material is resin, please use diluted neutral solvents and squeeze dry rags when wiping. Do not use alcohol, cleaning agents, etc. to avoid corroding the resin.
