Installation and maintenance of fans

Before installation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fan has been damaged or deformed due to packaging and transportation. If there is any damage or deformation, it should be repaired before installation can proceed.

During installation, pay attention to checking whether the connections of each part are loose, whether the gap between the blades and the air duct is uniform, and whether they collide. If there is unevenness or collision, adjust the position of the motor until the gap is uniform.

The fan base must be naturally integrated with the foundation surface and cannot be forcibly connected with bolts to prevent fan deformation.

During the installation process, it is advisable to avoid installing overly dense mesh protective covers on the inlet and outlet faces of the fan; The distance between solid objects such as walls and the fan intake end should be at least 1.5D, otherwise it will reduce the aerodynamic parameters of the fan and increase the noise.

After the installation of fan 5 is completed, it must undergo a trial run and can only be officially used after it runs normally.

When the fan is placed for a long time and reused, if there is abnormal noise after running for a certain period of time or during operation, it should be carefully checked whether the connecting parts are firm, whether the bolts are loose, and whether the blade wear is severe. If the above problems occur, relevant parts should be repaired, adjusted or replaced in a timely manner.
