1. Product Introduction
The multi-user prepaid energy meter (non-contact M1 card prepaid energy meter) is a new product independently developed by our company. It can be controlled separately for 39 single-phase or 13 three-phase users, installed centrally, produced using microelectronics technology and surface welding technology. The microcontroller processing system realizes data detection, household measurement, and cyclic display. The non-contact M1 RF card controls power on and off to achieve prepaid purposes, facilitate property management, eliminate theft and leakage behavior, and completely solve the problem of difficulty in collecting electricity bills. This electric energy meter has the advantages of small size, anti electromagnetic interference, low power consumption, long service life, and intelligent meter reading. It is an ideal product for measuring and controlling electricity consumption in enterprises, institutions, newly built residential buildings, renovated old buildings, high-rise buildings, student apartments, and other residential areas.
2. Main functional features of the product
Multi user energy meters can accurately measure active energy in both positive and negative directions to prevent electricity theft.
Clearly display the electricity consumption information of each user through a digital tube, and cyclically display the remaining power of each household every four seconds. The upper digital display shows the user ID, while the lower digital display shows the current remaining battery level of the user.
Wide range of 10 (50) A, using magnetic holding relay, with strong overcurrent capability, suitable for users with large load changes.
According to user needs, single-phase and three-phase combinations can be used for household registration. There are 39 households with more single-phase metering control and 13 households with more three-phase metering control. The wiring is simple and the operation is convenient.
The whole machine has low power consumption (<6VA) and significant energy-saving effect. Specialized anti creep and watchdog circuits make operation more reliable.
The RF card has the characteristics of contactless, moisture-proof, anti attack, good encryption, stable data transmission, and long service life. The data in the RF card can be stored for more than 20 years, and it adopts encrypted control logic and communication circuits for higher reliability.
● Equipped with power outage alarm function: Different power outage alarm values can be set according to the electricity consumption of each household. When the remaining electricity reaches the power outage alarm value, the household will cut off power. When the cycle displays the number of power outage households, the digital tube will flash to remind the user to purchase electricity in a timely manner. After swiping the card, the power supply can be restored; Until the remaining power is zero, the meter will power off again.
● Equipped with power limit and switch alarm function: Different power limits can be set for each household. When the user exceeds this set power, the electricity meter will automatically cut off power. After the household's electricity load decreases, the electricity meter will automatically restore power supply.
