1. This machine adopts a fully automatic working mode, which automatically completes the transfer of bucket workstations and the cleaning and filling of each workstation, without the need for manual operation by personnel.

2. Equipped with a separate cleaning function, it only cleans without filling and can be used as a pre washing machine.

3. The mechanical transmission mechanism adopts a mechanical curved rod linkage method to ensure smooth, reliable, and accurate positioning of the equipment, avoiding the occurrence of failure rates.

4. The equipment is equipped with automatic flow detection, pressure detection, residual liquid detection after blowing, alcohol spear opening detection and other detection functions, and has a workstation alarm.

5. The filling adopts CO2 backup pressure and pressure maintaining low-pressure differential fully enclosed filling method. The filling volume is detected by imported flow meters, which can ensure low foam and low consumption of the filled wine, accurate filling volume, and wine loss can be controlled below 1%.

6. The water tank automatically replenishes water, heats up automatically, and maintains a constant temperature.

7. The device can set and adjust the filling capacity through the touch screen, and can also adjust the error. It can display the number of filling barrels and liters in real time.

8. The equipment can also be equipped with external brushing, automatic weight inspection, and bucket flipping systems for users to choose from.

9. It can also be used for cleaning and filling bottled and tinplate beer lines (available for users to choose from).
