Fast and automated structural confirmation solution FUSION SV ™


This new integrated structure confirmation solution enables users to easily combine high-resolution precision mass spectrometry (HRAM) mass spectrometry (MS) with nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data. FUSION SV greatly enhances the judgment capability, reliability, and measurement speed to achieve rapid and automated small molecule structure confirmation. FUSION SV is suitable for pharmaceutical and synthetic chemistry processes in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or academic industries.

The proprietary algorithm for improving performance is integrated into FUSINO-SV's simplified workflow and user-friendly interface. Pharmaceutical chemists can be directly guided to meaningful results with minimal interaction and without the need for specialized knowledge about underlying technologies. In addition to HRAM-MS and high-precision isotope ratio analysis for specific molecular formulas (using the Bruker Compact Desktop ESI-QTOF system), FUSINO-SV 1.0 automatically analyzes 1D 1H and HSQC 400 MHz NMR data. The advanced FUSINO-SV 1.1 solution requires high sensitivity of 400Hz (or higher) CryoProbe ™ Prodigy , To increase the rapid collection of HMBC and 13C NMR data in automated structural confirmation analysis. The FUSINO-SV database can be connected to graph data, allowing collaborating scientists to share results and projects.
