highlight

Producing carbon and sulfur through combustion - redefining through unique innovation

3 µm

aperture

The high-efficiency dust removal filter with a pore size of 3 µ m ensures better stability and keeps the workplace clean and dust-free

< 60 s

Cycle time including cleaning cycle

ZoneProtect ™ Can ensure clean, fast, and efficient combustion, while ensuring that any dust can be poured into the crucible through an integrated automatic cleaning system

10

Increase signal-to-noise ratio by 10 times

Due to its higher efficiency in UV absorption compared to infrared absorption, HighSense SO ₂ detection can achieve a 10 fold increase in signal-to-noise ratio, as well as a linear dynamic range of 50 years and stability unaffected by temperature fluctuations.

Wide research applications combined with industry proven reliability

Having a high-frequency (HF) induction furnace and HighSense ™ The G4 ICARUS Series 2 combustion analyzer for detection technology has established a new standard for rapid and accurate analysis of carbon (C) and sulfur (S) content in inorganic solid samples.

Why is combustion analysis necessary?

When it is necessary to obtain results quickly and the accuracy of the results must be ensured first, and the minimum sample preparation requirements are required, combustion analysis plays an irreplaceable role in light element analysis. Especially for elements integrated into very difficult matrices, it is difficult or even impossible to directly measure them through spectroscopy. For example, because the entire sample is analyzed using the volumetric method, G4 ICARUS Series 2 can analyze gray cast iron with carbon elements unevenly distributed in the form of graphite clusters and provide accurate analysis results.
