1、 Characteristics of bracket sensor

1. The fixed device and slide are made of all aluminum material, which is lightweight and structurally sturdy;

2. The sensor accessories are made of 304 stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and durable;

2、 Application of Ultrasonic Flow Meter

Ultrasonic flowmeter is an instrument based on the principle of ultrasonic time difference, using low voltage, multiple pulses, signal digital processing and error correction technology to measure the flow rate of full pipe fluid. Widely used in industries such as tap water, environmental protection, power plant heating, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, papermaking, steel, and farmland irrigation.

3、 Characteristics of Ultrasonic Flow Meter

1. Flow meters can be used for non-contact measurement without the need to cut off pipeline installation. They can also be used for mobile measurement. They are portable, easy to install, cost-effective, and do not affect normal production.

2. The flowmeter is used for non flow obstruction measurement, without additional pressure loss, and can measure non-conductive liquids. It is a supplement to electromagnetic flowmeters.

3. Flow meters are suitable for large circular and rectangular pipelines and are not limited by pipe diameter. Their cost is basically independent of pipe diameter. And in many sites where real flow verification cannot be achieved, this flowmeter can be given priority consideration.

4. The flow velocity range can reach 0.1~12m/s (extended flow velocity of 0.1~30m/s)
