1、 Brief introduction:

The TC-600 grab bucket mud collector is a manual sampling tool used for collecting sludge from rivers and chemical wastewater tanks. It is mainly used in environmental protection, health and epidemic prevention, tap water, chemical and other units. Used in areas where manual collection of sludge is inconvenient. The product is made of high-quality stainless steel material, with a hardened surface treatment for strong corrosion resistance. The surface of the product is smooth and shiny.

2、 Main components:

The TC-600 sludge sampler is a manual and grab type equipment produced by our company for collecting sludge from rivers.

It mainly consists of two parts: a sampling grab bucket and a pull rope.

The sampling grab bucket is made of high-quality alloy materials and consists of a grab bucket and a mechanical transmission actuator, all of which are manufactured in a telescopic type.

(1) One time sampling sludge volume: 1-5 liters (can be customized according to customer needs!) Standard configuration: 3L (recommended for customers to choose standard products)

4、 Usage:

1. When working in the field, first fasten the sampling grab and pull rope.

2. Sampling can be done from any desired depth.

3. Open the sampling bucket and place a rod into a hook while opening it, so that the sampling bucket will not be tightly closed.

4. Slowly place the sampling grab into the river by pulling the rope. When the sludge sampler reaches the bottom of the river, the rope, support rod, and hook will automatically release under the action of the spring.

5. Pull the sampling grab forcefully, and the sampling grab will automatically close. At the same time, the riverbed sludge will be collected into the sampling grab.
