When the product is placed in a polarized field with a full wave plate and observed through a spectral mirror, if the product has no internal stress, the purple red color in the field of view remains unchanged; The birefringence optical path difference of products with internal stress is superimposed with the optical path difference of the full wave plate, presenting colored interference colors in the field of view. Different optical path differences will present different colored interference colors. Based on the color of the interference colors, a reference solution for the product defect problem can be obtained by checking the table.

A larger observation area allows for simultaneous observation of multiple samples, making it more convenient and efficient.
