2、 Structure composition and working principle
1. Structural design (integrated)
Blasting diaphragm: a core pressure bearing component with a thickness of 0.1-1.5mm, made of materials selected according to the medium (such as 316L stainless steel resistant to acid and alkali, pure nickel resistant to strong corrosion, Inconel resistant to high temperature), and formed by precision stamping to ensure accurate rupture pressure;
Bolt clamp: includes 4-8 sets of standard bolt holes, with built-in sealing grooves and positioning rings, which can fix the diaphragm to prevent displacement, and can be directly connected to the equipment flange through bolts without the need for additional clamping components;
Sealing element: Suitable media include nitrile rubber (ordinary medium), fluororubber (corrosive medium) or food grade silicone rubber (sanitary scenario), embedded in the sealing groove of the clamp to ensure no leakage under normal working conditions.
2. Work logic (precise response to overpressure)
Under normal operating conditions, the bolt clamp tightly presses the blasting diaphragm onto the equipment flange interface, and the sealing element fills the gap to achieve ANSI Class VI sealing (no medium leakage); When the system pressure rises to the preset burst value, the diaphragm is subjected to tensile stress exceeding the material strength limit, quickly rupturing along the preset weak area, forming a release channel that is consistent with the interface size. The overpressure medium is instantly discharged, and the system pressure drops back to the safe range; Due to the rupture of the membrane, it cannot be repaired and the device needs to be replaced as a whole to restore its protective function.
