Functional Description
Accurately assess the potential of biogas and methane
AMPTS III enables you to evaluate the actual biogas production and methane potential of any biomass substrate, as well as its dynamic degradation characteristics. This means that users can more easily determine the optimal digestion time during anaerobic digestion, evaluate substrate mixing ratios, screen for appropriate pretreatment methods, optimize additive dosages, and even evaluate the degradation efficiency of individual biogas fermentation reactors or process configurations.

Embedded storage solution without external dependencies
AMPTS III provides advanced embedded solutions that do not require external computer storage and processing of data. With its built-in microcontroller, it can store and process gas volume and flow measurement data locally, ensuring the reliability and data security of equipment use. By eliminating dependence on external systems, it can prevent the risk of data loss due to computer operating system crashes or system upgrades. In addition, the device has a huge storage capacity, which can store 15 million data points and collect up to 130000 liters of gas per experiment.
Reliable operation and modular design
AMPTS III incorporates the best elements of Nordic quality, functionality, and industrial design to ensure its quality and reliability. The instrument is equipped with a fault safety protection mechanism, so there is no risk of data loss even if there is a power outage. In addition, modular design makes instrument maintenance more convenient, and many components can be replaced without the need to be specifically sent to a repair center.

Standardization and comparison results
AMPTS III is a universal platform for all anaerobic batch fermentation tests, enabling standardization of measurement procedures, data interpretation, and reporting. By compensating for real-time temperature and pressure, the measured volume and flow rate of biomethane can be converted to standard values (i.e. 0 ° C, 1 standard atmosphere, and zero humidity), thereby reducing measurement interference caused by changes in external environmental conditions. This makes it easy to compare data from different laboratories around the world.

Advanced and reliable mixing
The AMPTS III integrated mixing system is driven by a high-quality multifunctional brushless stepper motor. This system can perform gentle, precise, and controllable mechanical stirring in a closed gas environment. And it has achieved excellent performance in different solid suspension liquid systems, winning the trust of many customers worldwide.
AURORA ™ Software - Pre installed on AMPTS III
Aurora ™ Software brings vitality to your experiments
Aurora is a software solution for BPC Instruments' latest generation laboratory analytical instruments, designed specifically for monitoring anaerobic batch fermentation testing. With its professional and interactive design philosophy, it makes setting device parameters, monitoring experimental progress, and downloading data results reliable and convenient. Aurora is pre installed on AMPTS III and does not require additional software licenses or installation on external computers.

Easy access anytime, anywhere
The remote access function of AMPTS can easily access and monitor experiments anytime, anywhere on any computer, tablet, or smartphone's web browser. It is also possible to easily double the detection throughput of AMPTS III by connecting multiple instruments together using Ethernet switches. With this feature, each AMPTS can run as an independent device or be connected in parallel to meet your actual needs.
