BPC #174; Air is a new type of gas incubator with cooling and heating functions. Its design takes into account compatibility and seamlessly integrates with the third-generation respiratory system of Bipu Instruments. This compatibility creates a complete testing platform for microbial respiration testing and analysis, with excellent performance in both appearance and functionality. With BPC Air, you don't need an additional dedicated workbench, everything is right in front of you. The setup is simple and fast, with enough space to accommodate a complete breath testing system, and even a laptop or tablet can be placed.
BPC Air is specifically designed to complement the respiratory system of BP instruments, including BPC ® Blue、AMPTS ® III and Gas Endeavour ® III) And the design can provide customized energy-saving and temperature control solutions.
BPC Air is sold in conjunction with our respiratory system!
function
A constant temperature incubator that integrates cooling and heating
BPC Air can accommodate up to 18 reactors of different sizes (0.5 liters, 1 liter, and 2 liters) simultaneously, with a temperature control range from 10 ° C to 60 ° C, making it ideal for microbial cultivation at room temperature (approximately 22-25 ° C). Its characteristic is its green and low-energy consumption of only 120W, which greatly reduces energy consumption compared to other commercial air constant temperature incubators and traditional constant temperature water tanks on the market.
In addition, leveraging its low energy consumption advantage, BPC Air can easily be used in conjunction with regular uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) to avoid the risk of unexpected power outages and ensure that the required cultivation temperature can be maintained even during the movement of the incubator.
For ease of use, BPC Air is designed with a floor standing design and equipped with casters, allowing it to move freely and be flexibly placed anywhere in the laboratory.
Easy to operate, no need to add water
BPC Air uses air as a heating and cooling medium, without the need for external substances, regular water replenishment, or the use of expensive and chaotic alternative media. This feature enables the device to start immediately and run for a long time without continuous monitoring.
Suitable for aerobic and anaerobic experiments
BPC Air is adaptable to various experimental needs and can be easily configured for aerobic and anaerobic microbial respiration experiments. In the aerobic experimental setup, the in-situ gas adsorption unit of the Bip instrument can be used in conjunction with a gas sampling bag filled with oxygen to measure oxygen consumption. On the contrary, in anaerobic experimental setups, the amount of gas produced can be measured with or without an ectopic gas adsorption unit, which can be conveniently placed inside the incubator.
Multi functional cooling and heating capabilities
Equipped with Peltier elements, BPC Air has cooling and heating functions. This means that experiments can be conducted under conditions above or below ambient temperature, expanding the possibilities that traditional constant temperature water baths can provide. In addition, with its incubator design and structure, BPC Air truly achieves high energy efficiency, low energy consumption, and effectively reduces its carbon footprint.
Floor standing mobile
BPC Air is designed to stand safely on the ground, and when used in conjunction with Bip's respiratory testing system, it forms an ideal testing platform for conducting microbial respiratory batch testing and analysis. BPC Air only requires one power outlet and approximately 1.5 square meters of rectangular floor space to accommodate most existing laboratory areas. By integrating casters to ensure easy mobility, the BPC Air can be repositioned if necessary. As a floor standing device, it also frees up valuable countertop space in the laboratory and creates the best working environment.
