function
Accurate modeldraftContinuous fermentation process
BRS III is designed for precise measurement of gas production during continuous feed anaerobic fermentation processes. It is a reliable and user-friendly tool tailored specifically for academia and industry, aimed at simplifying laboratory and small-scale process simulations.
Efficient automation
BRS III can operate automatically, integrating sampling, analysis, recording, and report generation, simplifying the testing process. Its main features include:
High precision pre calibration: No need for frequent calibration, ensuring excellent measurement accuracy and precision.
User friendly interface: simplifies operations, reduces time and labor requirements, and improves overall efficiency.
Standardized process: Ensure consistency in measurement, data processing, and report generation for easy data analysis.
• Intuitive configuration: The continuous stirred reactor (CSTR) is easy to set up and operate, with complete solutions for both feeding and discharging.
• Multifunctionality: BRS can easily adapt to other reactor configurations. BRS III, with its innovative design and multiple advantages, will be an ideal tool for researchers and industry professionals seeking to analyze and optimize continuous anaerobic fermentation processes.
Real time monitoring of gas flow rate and gas composition
BRS III greatly reduces the interference of gas solubility in water through its airtight gas measurement chamber unit, enabling real-time monitoring of any gas produced during anaerobic digestion. Each channel of it is independently measured, ensuring independent and accurate measurement for both wet and dry gases, and adapting to changes in gas composition and the effects of dry or wet conditions. In addition, when two gas measurement chamber units are connected in series and specific gas components (such as carbon dioxide) are removed, real-time estimation of the main gas components in biogas can be achieved.

Easy access to reliable data, reducing workload and error risk
BRS III is an intelligent automatic instrument that greatly reduces the workload required for repeated experiments and continuous biogas production processes compared to traditional methods and competitive solutions, almost eliminating the risk of human error. The main task of the user is only to operate the feeding and discharging of the continuous reactor; BRS III is responsible for handling everything else, including real-time monitoring and report generation. This step simplifies the analysis of experimental data and testing procedures.
AURORA ™ software
- Pre installed on BRS III
Utilizing Aurora ™ Software enhances process analysis and monitoring
Aurora ™ It is an advanced software solution provided by BPC Instruments for biogas production in anaerobic digestion processes. Its user-friendly design simplifies experimental setup, real-time monitoring of gas production, and result retrieval and report generation. Aurora ™It is a specialized software based on the network, which is an integral part of instrument configuration and has been pre installed on the device without the need for software licenses or external computer installation.

Durable and reliable modular design
The BRS III Gas Endeavour III incorporates the best elements of Nordic quality, functionality, and industrial design to ensure its quality and reliability. The instrument is equipped with a fault safety protection mechanism, so there is no risk of data loss even if there is a power outage. In addition, modular design makes instrument maintenance more convenient, and many components can be replaced without the need to be specifically sent to a repair center.
Specially customized for continuous anaerobic fermentation processes
The BRS III software is designed specifically for simulating anaerobic fermentation processes with continuous feed in the laboratory and on a small scale, and can run continuously for a long time. This user-friendly application simplifies experimental setup, control of feed and discharge, process monitoring, and report generation and download, reducing workload. The "Experimental Settings" function of the software allows users to customize the feeding and discharging schedule, and display the corresponding organic load rate and hydraulic retention time in graphical form. The upgraded chart navigation tool and improved computational processing capabilities make data chart scaling smoother, enabling detailed short-term analysis and long-term trend evaluation.

Easy access anytime, anywhere
The remote access feature of BRS III enables easy access and monitoring of experiments from any web browser on your preferred computer, tablet, or smartphone, anytime, anywhere. By using Ethernet switches, multiple instruments can be connected together, easily doubling the number of testing channels for BRS III. With this feature, each BRS III can run as an independent device or be connected in parallel to meet your actual needs.

configuration
The standard BRS III configuration includes 9 customized 2-liter CSTR glass reactors with interfaces for convenient feeding and discharging, as well as an interface for sample collection or online sensors. In addition, the feed and discharge pipelines have sufficient diameter to accommodate materials with high solid concentration and high fiber content.

For users who require larger reactor capacities, BPC offers a range of 5-liter and 10 liter CSTR reactors, as well as other efficient reactor configurations made of stainless steel and glass (UASB, EGSB, and IC). These reactors are designed with more interfaces for feeding, discharging, sampling, and sensors, providing users with more choices.

Application field
Safely optimize the performance of large-scale factories
For optimizing the production performance of biogas plants, BRS III is a novel solution that allows for testing various operational plans without affecting downtime or causing financial losses, in order to improve the operational efficiency of biogas plants. This laboratory scale instrument simulates small-scale biogas production processes, allowing users to explore different optimization solutions. This includes testing the effects of different load schemes, raw material mixtures, raw material pretreatment, and additives, as well as evaluating the long-term effects of specific process operations - all of which will not jeopardize the stable operation of large-scale factories.
BRS III provides a simple and easy-to-use interface, while generating reliable and accurate data, giving users confidence in the results obtained. Once the optimal operating conditions for the biogas plant are determined, it is safe to implement changes on actual large-scale projects, as the risk of potential problems has been minimized.
