The washing fixture and rotating paddle are made of SUS # 316 stainless steel material, which has good acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. A set of fixtures for small batteries and a set of fixtures for large batteries (such as iPad batteries) are provided, making it easy for users to replace the fixtures and use them more conveniently. The equipment door is equipped with a safety induction switch. When the test box door is opened, the equipment will be forcibly powered off and unable to operate, preventing damage caused by non professional operators' misoperation, and providing the highest degree of protection for the personal safety of testers. This machine is equipped with a washing box and a rotating paddle inside the testing box, which is driven by a servo motor and servo driver and can accurately control the rotational speed.

3. The water tank and solution tank of this machine are separated. Customers do not need to directly add the pre mixed solution to the washing tank when adding the solution. During the testing process, water vapor evaporation can cause water shortage in the washing tank. At this time, the equipment can automatically control the water tank to add the pre mixed solution to the testing tank, fully ensuring the concentration of the solution.

4. The temperature control of this machine adopts intelligent P.I.D control, and the PLC temperature module is a Japanese Omron temperature module, with precise temperature control and minimal error.
