Granulators are divided into two types: vertical and horizontal. The vertical granulator is the latest product in our company's industry

Principle of Vertical Granulator
After high-speed mixing, the battery powder is sent into the deaeration bin (mixer) by a hoist. The deaeration screw presses the material into the forced feeding machine, which then feeds the pressure roller. After squeezing the material, it is crushed into pieces, which are then crushed by a crushing system to form a mixture of particles and powder. Finally, the screening machine screens out the finished particles, and the particles larger than the finished product and fine powder return to the system for recycling and granulation.

The pressure roller is placed horizontally, and the material is greatly affected by gravity, causing some fine powder to fall off before being compressed into pieces
