Product Introduction
The battery powder granulator can complete the granulation processes such as mixing, pressing, crushing, screening, and fine material return in one go, and is suitable for powder granulation in the battery industry such as button type, alkaline batteries, and power batteries. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, high quality, low consumption, no pollution, and large production capacity.
Principle of Battery Powder Granulator:
Put several dry powder raw materials into the high-speed mixer according to the proportion, add lotion at the initial stage of high-speed mixing, and then continue high-speed mixing for several minutes before discharging, and the mixing process is completed. The mixed material directly enters the raw material bin of the granulator, and is transported by the quantitative feeder to the elevator. It is then lifted into the deaeration bin for pre compression, and then forcibly squeezed into the rolling machine by the feeding machine to press it into a tablet. The tablet material is crushed by the crusher and enters the screening stage. The finished particles are bagged, and the large particles and fine powder return to the granulation system to participate in the tablet pressing process.
Equipment features:
1. The material of the pressure roller is a special material, which is more wear-resistant and has a lifespan two to three times that of other manufacturers.
2. The gearbox is made non-standard by our company and is more durable than standard products on the market.
3. The equipment runs continuously throughout the entire process, with one end feeding and the other end discharging. After setting the parameters, the finished particles can be directly taken from the discharge port without manual handling to the next step.
4. There is no need to repeatedly press the tablets like old-fashioned tablet presses, as they can form pellets in one go, greatly reducing the labor intensity and labor costs of workers.
5. The particle density is more uniform, resulting in more stable battery performance.
