The battery powder granulator can complete the granulation processes such as mixing, pressing, crushing, screening, and fine material return in one go, and is suitable for powder granulation in the battery industry such as button type, alkaline batteries, and power batteries. Principle of Battery Powder Granulator:
Put several dry powder raw materials into the high-speed mixer according to the proportion, add lotion at the initial stage of high-speed mixing, and then continue high-speed mixing for several minutes before discharging, and the mixing process is completed. The mixed material directly enters the raw material bin of the granulator, and is transported by the quantitative feeder to the elevator. It is then lifted into the deaeration bin for pre compression, and then forcibly squeezed into the rolling machine by the feeding machine to press it into a tablet. The tablet material is crushed by the crusher and enters the screening stage. The finished particles are bagged, and the large particles and fine powder return to the granulation system to participate in the tablet pressing process.
